🔑 Keys & Access
Return any physical keys to the key box / designated location
Make sure the front door is locked when you leave
Lock any back doors, patio doors, or windows you opened
🍳 Kitchen
Wash all dishes, pots, pans, and utensils — or place in dishwasher and start cycle
Wipe down stovetop and countertops
Dispose of all food from the refrigerator
Empty the trash if it is full
Turn off the stove and oven
🛏 Bedrooms
Collect all used towels and place in the bathroom or laundry area
Check drawers, closets, and under beds for any belongings
Leave used linens on the bed (our cleaning team will handle these)
🛁 Bathrooms
Remove all personal toiletries and belongings
Leave used towels in the tub or on the floor (do not rehang)
Check medicine cabinet and under-sink storage for forgotten items
🏠 General
Turn off all lights
Set thermostat to ___°F (as instructed in house manual)
Turn off ceiling fans
Log out of any streaming services (Netflix, Hulu, etc.) on the TV
Collect all personal belongings — chargers, clothing, medications
Take out trash bags if bins are full — bins are located: ___________
Close and lock all windows
